The process of having my blepharoplasty procedure was smooth from beginning to end. From the initial appointment which was organised to the final one was organised with ease by Madelaine. All appointments were on time and you felt you were important. The procedure itself took no more than 30 mins and also took place at the time organised. In fact I was walking out within 1 hour of my allotted time. David is calm, warm and makes you feel he is in control and all will be well. I am extremely pleased with my procedure. I am able for the first time in years to apply mascara without it smudging on my lids and eyeshadow which can be seen. I didn’t have any pain and the itching which I was told can be difficult didn’t come. I was able to go about with daily activities within a week, although a little bruised and swollen. I would have this done again in a heartbeat if it was necessary which thankfully it isn’t. To David and his team a 10/10.

Exceptional experience

Exceptional experience with Mr Gateley for Upper Blepharoplasty! I recently had an upper blepharoplasty at DRG Plastic Surgery performed by Mr Gateley, and my experience was excellent from start to finish. As a naturally very nervous patient, I was immediately put at ease. Mr Gateley was informative, kind, and genuinely caring throughout the entire process. He took the time to talk me through what to expect before we began, and during the surgery, he kept me reassured by explaining every step as he was doing it. His gentle approach made a world of difference to my experience. I would highly recommend Mr Gateley to anyone considering this procedure—you will be in safe, compassionate hands!

Absolutely Delighted

I am absolutely delighted with my facelift/upper eye lift, I had recently. I had spent about 5 years wanting this done, but felt anxious about it. Once I booked my consultation to see David Gateley to discuss it, I knew I would go ahead. He answered all my questions, made me feel relaxed and I wanted it done asap. My experience on the day was calm, the staff were really helpful, a relaxed atmosphere and the nurses couldn’t do enough whilst I recovered. Pain was minimal A few months later friends commented on how I look at least 10 years younger and I feel absolutely amazing. I would certainly recommend David to anyone. He is such a gentleman with a great bedside manner.

Above and beyond my expectations

To say that with every person, from the very first contact, whether on the phone or face to face, I received above and beyond my expectations. I’ve never had this type of surgery, only operations on the NHS (which we are so lucky to have, and I value it immensely) these of course have been at no cost. So the only thing that hurt with my procedure with you was in fact having to pay for it !! BUT It was worth every single penny.
