Mr Gateley is without a doubt an extremely experienced and knowledgeable rhinoplasty surgeon. He is down to earth, friendly, and has a great sense of humour. I found him to be compassionate, honest and realistic about meeting and managing my expectations. I would highly recommend him.

Mr Gateley is truly the most incredible medical professional I have ever encountered. I wish he provided all medical services (ie dentist, GP, eye specialist, etc.) because I would go to him for everything.

I first considered Liposuction in the Autumn of 2020 to address the annoying saddle bags and ‘back fat’ that I couldn’t seem to shift. I knew that if I were to have it done, I would ask David Gateley to do it. I had seen him before a couple of years previously for some mole removals and I liked him and trusted him instantly.

At my initial enquiry, Nicky and Madelaine went out of their way to be helpful and informative, made all the necessary bookings conveniently and made the whole process seem simple and seamless. You took time at the pre-procedure visit to explain everything in detail, which was reassuring. This and the excellent nursing support made the surgery an almost 'non-event' from the patient perspective. And the scar?...imperceptible!
